A quote offered prior to inspecting the vehicle is an estimate and is an approximation based on our understanding of the information and requirements provided by the client and is therefore not always guaranteed. Actual costs and terms may change once all project elements are discussed, negotiated, and finalized. Prior to any change in costs, the client will be notified.
Should it be the case that other faults/defects and the like become apparent during the course of the works, these shall be subject to additional charges and will be discussed and agreed with the client prior to being carried out.
Only the works described are included in the priced offer and in the manner in which has been described in the offer.
Any other work found to be necessary is not included and is subject to additional costs. For example; some faults are not observed until attendance and/or during the carrying out of agreed repairs and are therefore subject to additional costs and the associated time needed to source necessary parts and carry out the work.
You are within your rights (as are we) to elect to have someone else source and carry out further additional works as long as this remains appropriate and logical with a clear demarcation and payment is made in full for the works we perform.
Payment in full is required immediately at the completion of the quoted works or such balance payment in the case of where a deposit has been taken in advance.
No guarantee is made concerning the duration of works, save that we will use best endeavours to meet your availability needs and carry out the agreed works as efficiently as we can.
